What is the delivery time?

For personalized sugar sachet orders shipped within the Iberian Peninsula, the estimated production and delivery time is 10 to 15 business days. This period starts counting from the moment you approve the final design draft.

Please note that this time may vary depending on the order quantity and the complexity of the design. For deliveries outside the peninsula or urgent orders, contact us for specific information.

Is there an additional shipping cost?

Can I see the design before production?

We know how important it is for your sugar sachets to perfectly reflect your brand’s image.

That’s why our process includes an approval stage. Once you send us your logo, image, idea, or design, our design team will prepare a detailed digital mock-up for your review.

You’ll be able to see exactly how the final result will look and request any adjustments you deem necessary before giving your final production approval.

We currently work with bank transfer as our payment method. Once you accept the quote, we’ll provide you with all the necessary banking details to make the payment safely.
